Description

The Plumbing Code Board of Appeals consists of five members who shall be qualified by experience and training to pass upon matters pertaining to plumbing and drainage work. The Board may adopt reasonable rules and regulations for the conduct of its investigations and review the suitability of alternate materials, types of installation, and interpretations of the provisions of this code

Members of the Appeals Board shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve staggered terms of three years without pay.
